Good thing you are focusing on nutrition, because if you want to lose weight, it's 85% what you put in your mouth. Switching to foods that are higher in fiber should help you feel fuller vs. "white" foods, and have more nutritious value to them. I am sticking with real raw and whole foods whenever possible.<br /><br />I just noticed that our kids are about the same ages... my daughter is 15 months old and my son just turned 3.
