I came off 2.5 weeks of...I feel your sickness pain. I came off 2.5 weeks of being sick and what did I do, not a darn thing. My exercise was nill and my diet sucked. But the minute I was feeling a little better, I forced myself back to the gym. Sure I kicked and screamed and cursed (i'll be honest) but it helped. My cold started to get better faster and I felt more human again. <br /><br />My point, keep listening to your body when you are down, but sometimes we need to take the bull by the horns and drag our selves back on the wagon.
